Carla was born and raised in Gainesville, Ga, graduating from Gainesville High School before leaving home to earn dual undergraduate degrees from the University of Georgia and a Juris Doctorate from Roger Williams University School of Law.

A partner in the firm, Scott (Scotty) Ball is an expert in residential and commercial real estate transactions, and he is experienced in assisting clients in all phases of the real estate process.

Jenifir’s practice is focused in the areas of residential and commercial real estate transactions, being well versed in small business lending and government guaranteed loans, including U.S. Small Business Administration closings.
