A partner in the firm, Scott (Scotty) Ball is an expert in residential and commercial real estate transactions. He is experienced in assisting clients in all phases of the real estate process, from simple cash sale closings to multi-million dollar purchases of commercial property.

Scotty is a summa cum laude graduate of North Georgia College with a major in business and finance. He is a 1993 cum laude graduate of the University of Georgia School of Law.

A Gainesville native, Scotty is committed to being an active member of the community. He has served on the boards of the Gainesville Jaycees, the Gainesville State College Foundation and the March of Dimes. He has also been involved with the annual United Way fund drive and served as co-chair of the Law Day Committee for the Gainesville-Northeastern Bar Association.

Scotty is also a former member of the adjunct faculty of University of North Georgia, where he taught real estate courses for the paralegal program. Currently he serves on the board for Habitat for Humanity of Hall County. He attends Lakewood Baptist Church where he serves as a Deacon and teaches in its “Sunday Cool” youth program. When not in his office, Scotty can be found hiking or riding his motorcycle in the north Georgia mountains.
